Membership of the Society shall be opened to all persons and organizations involved in the study, application or dissemination of Sugar, Chemical and Allied Industries.

The Permanent Head Quarter of the AASCT is Lucknow, however; there may be Regional Offices such as at New Delhi, Tamilnadu etc.
